Louie is a Cryo OC created by Loafstick.
A mysterious young lady who works for the government of Fontaine, she handles crimes associated with murder, mostly murders with swords or spears as their suspected weapon.

Her task is to take care of crimes associated with swords or spears. Her swordsmanship is highly regarded, she has honed it to it's limit. Making little to no mistakes with it."

Louie is a reserved, and a somewhat intimidating woman who is sometimes seen buying food from the food stalls in Fontaine, she shows little interest in festivals and parties. Saying that their just merely a waste of time. Most citizens describe her as a cold-hearted individual, who shows no interest in anything except for work. She hates the idea of not having anything to work on.
When having no more task for the day she starts to gather intel about the Fatui, once gathered she'd start to assassinate Fatui members and get more intel by one of it's members. It is unknown on the reason why she does this. But it is shown she has a grudge against a man named Arkady M.
Louie's is actually a much more gentle and kind person towards people she really cares. She is seen to secretly try to find a parental-figure after her mother died of an unknown illness. She is shown to care about the citizens in Fontaine's safety and has since dedicated herself to clear any immediate threat to Fontaine.

| Putting herself in a state of calm, Louie summons 7 giant spear strikes in mid-air that fall to the earth one by one after a short delay, exploding as they hit the ground. For the final hit she creates a Cryo version of paperwork and throws it, landing on the enemy. Once landed, it will explode on contact. Dealing AoE Cryo DMG. | ||
