A tengu-adeptus hybrid, Irene is the eldest adopted daughter of the Kujou clan of the Tenryou Commission. Loyal to the will of the Shogun and her adoptive clan, Kujou Irene carries out her given orders with the utmost swiftness, disregarding that which was once important to her. She seems to have a mysterious connection with Zhongli, the consultant of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, as well as the Eighth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, La Signora.
