Personality[]
Due to lack of human interactions as a child, Hajra struggles to befriend people, and appears to be really severe and cold when she interacts with people when she's working.
She is not the type to shut up when someone is getting harrassed, but she's also not the type to talk first in a conversation.
After spending some years as the bodyguard of Ebi, she learned to become a bit more social, and now she even used petnames when she talks to people.
Appearance[]
Hajra seems to be an hybrid between human and a desert rabbit, with slightly dark skin, light blonde hair and amber eyes.
Like Yae Miko, she wears her Geo Vision like an earring, as well as a witch hat which looks like a Gladiator helmet, decorated with a mask of Medusa on it.
She wears a golden chestplate with a black lace body under it, a long slitted skirt, a rag belt and a belly dancer's hip belt decorated with Moras.
She also wears leather ribbons around her legs and medium black heels with four silver rabbit claws.
Backstory[]
As a daughter of errand merchants, Hajra grew up moving a lot in an unstable life cycle. Her mother, a mage from Sumeru's Academia named Miyaz, was a successful catalyst user and a well known botanist, who wanted to teach Hajra to use a Catalyst when she'll get her vision.His father, Khalil, on the other hand, was a gardener at the Academia, and met Hajra's mother as she was still a sudent there, and decided to quit his job to become a travelling merchant of flower seeds and rare plants.
Years have passed, and their family travelled around Teyvat a couple of time earning a lot of money from selling flower seeds, when her father got very sick, and passed away in a couple of months. Stuck in Liyue for his cremation, Hajra was praying alone at Liyue's Harbor in the middle of the night when she received her own vision as she saw Rex Lapis's shadow for a second. She felt stronger and delt with mourning with her mother for a year before they return to Sumeru, where Hajra will get homeschooled while her mother become the master of a young girl named Ebi.
Her mother will succomb to sadness three years later, leaving Hajra alone and this forcing her to flee her own home as she cannot afford any rent or food in the capital. So she starts working as a guard of Sumeru's Academia, but quickly gets bored, before working on her own as a mercenary.

After the death of Khalil, Miyaz went back to Sumeru and lived with an old classmate when she studied at the Academia. The woman, fearing for her child when they returned in Inazuma, fled the region and returned to Sumeru too. Miyaz then became the teacher of her friend's daughter: Ebi.
Hajra, who was older, acted more like a big sister to her, which resulted in Ebi getting fond of her.
Some years later, Ebi inherited of her mother's fortune and hired Hajra when she learned she was working as a mercenary and sleeping outside.

She met him during a festival when the Fatui were looking for a mercenary to do all the crappy job in Sumeru to ge the gnosis. Hajra obviously refused and since she keeps an eye on him and the other Fatui since.

Trivia[]
A contrario to some bellydancers, she uses real Moras as her own tribute to Morax, since her vision was the symbol of her own grief after the death of her father.
Even if she's used to sleep at Ebi's place, she still have a small home of her own in a quiet place. And as a rabbit, she uses it as her nest when she wants to be on her own.
